Hospitality industry must propel S'pore service standards: Lim Swee Say

I am elated to hear that the government launched the Customer-Centric Initiative (CCI) campaign in 2005, which was served to encourage companies to commit to service excellence. The CCI expanded from healthcare, food and beverage to the hospitality industry, which i felt that it is essential for the hospitality industry to conduct this campaign as this industry mostly provides services to its customers. In addition, Mr. Lim also said that one should strive better and better, which i felt that it is motivating for people working in these various servicing industries.

In addition, i am impressed with the way how Jalee Sulaiman takes passion in his job and to invite two hotel guests from London to his house for a taste of Singapore's life, such as celebrating the fasting month, purchasing the traditional Malay attire, and even in contact with them after these guests have left Singapore. This should be appluaded.
