Hospitality Industry must propel S'pore service standards

With stiff global competition going on in the hospitality industry, it is hard for Singapore to stand out from other competitors. Therefore, I am pleased to know that Singapore government is taking actions to propel our service standards as mentioned in the article. It would be a clear competitive advantage to Singapore if we were to establish excellent service standard.

I am impressed by the efforts and extra miles Jalee Sulaiman has gone to. The passion for his job has earned himself the "WOW" award and i believe he has left his guests an unforgettable, and blown away experience. Singapore's hospitality industry is in need of civil servants just like Jalee. In order to be better than the best, Singapore should not take customer service lightly as it is one of the most important variables in the hospitality industry.
